Close the shades, turn off the lights.
Can’t you see, it’s far too bright.
Close the door, turn off the sound.
It’s much more peaceful, laying down.
Maybe I should start the day, many opportunities that way.
Who am I to say? It’s safer in this spot anyway.
Spinning around, this earthly cycle.
Bounding globe, gyroscopic handle.
Living oneness, a lowly spark.
Glowing momentarily, lighting up the dark.
Could we give it all away? Left not but the suit from our birthday.
Who am I to say? Safer in the fortress than on the plaine.
Lighten up. You silly Gus.
The outside air is sweet and light; as time passes we gain wisdom and might.
Lighten up. You stranger you.
Experiences will sometimes be; beautiful moments, wonderful things to see.
Our souls are driving these human robots.
Pushing harder, climbing up the mountain.
Reminding ourselves not to look down.
Imagine plumbing, smashed on the grown.
Or leap and fly we may, defy expectations soar away.
Who am I to say? More likely to fall and then we’d pay.
Hottest now, the sun upon me.
Heat forms sweat, a melting body.
Take a dip, to get nice and cool.
But this blinding glare shines across the pool.
Close my eyes and float away. Gentry drifting along this waterway.
Who am I to say? The sea's undulation may be hard to wade.
Lighten Up. You person you.
The water is nice and cool; on the mountain there is that view.
Lighten up. You special thing.
There lovely art to take in; epic music makes our hearts sing.
Take you time, and be alive.
Make yesterday's dreams realized.
We’re all just riding an exciting ride.
Find your joy now, no one survives.
After this come what may. Nothing, everything or a brand new day.
Who am I to say? There is only right now if I have my way.
Living oneness an earthly fire.
Growing stronger, a burning pyre.
Standing nearer, to get warm.
Get too close, your flesh will burn.
This is our chance to dance and play. Forge truth in fire and keep it that way.
Who am I to say? Can’t ignite a photon passing in lights ray.
Lighten up. You silly chum.
Heartbeats scattered living drum, as life on earth we’re all still one.
Lighten up. The brightest candle.
Atoms forged within a star, Consciousness moment is all we are.
